When we moved to Raleigh in 2004 we needed new gutters on our old house. We did lots of research and chose Allen & Deans based on neighborhood recommendations. Matt Maresh and his team came and did an absolutely terrific job. They resized the entire network, convinced me to install leaf guards (on 40-foot high roof, probably saved my life several times from falling off ladders), and their work is standing up to fallen tree branches and storms 17 years later. More recently we asked them to add a new gutter to the one part of the house that didn't have one, and again they did a careful, professional job, working around our landscaping. Can't recommend highly enough. ~ Matthew B

Matt from Allen and Deans came out in mid July to give me an estimate on repairing damaged fascia and soffit . I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the quote was. The repairmen showed up today, in fact a little before the expected time. My home is older so finding vented soffit to match was not possible, and I had already done my homework so I knew what I was facing. Although the new soffit doesn't match the old, its not very noticeable. I was extremely pleased with the work and will be calling them again when I need to replace my shingles. ~ Frances W

We thoroughly enjoyed having Matt to assist us with our roofing needs. He gave us plenty of time and samples to choose what we wanted for the color. He was a good listener regarding our concerns about the water drainage off the roof. He offered knowledgeable suggestions, and we couldn’t be more pleased and confident with how the roof is working. Allen & Deans are great, they've worked with me twice now and both times were a great experience. Matt is easy to get in touch with, the guys do great work. I had a variety of needs, chimney re-flashing, bathroom roof vent, fascia repair, evaluate some water intrusion, gutter guards, and downspout extensions. Exceptional service. When my roof needed to be replaced and not from storm damage, I asked my insurance agent who he trusts most since they are dealing with this issue all the time. I received a call back the same day I left a message. Matt came out within a couple of days, went through everything to make sure he knew what we wanted, then provided me with a thorough estimate.
